Hongfa Report from Romania

A Practitioner from Austria

We are a family living in Austria that practices Falun Gong. As such, for a few days we visited the City of Klausenburg in Romania where we spoke with representatives from local newspapers. They were quite shocked when we told them of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. We also received support from a government representative, when we presented him with an introductory text to Falun Gong. He wished us success in our endeavor to spread Falun Gong in Romania.

We spoke further with a professor who spread a negative article about Falun Gong in a newspaper just a few days before we met him. When we clarified the truth about Falun Gong to him and showed him photographs of the Chinese torture victims, he seemed quite disturbed.

We also handed Falun Gong informational materials to radio and TV stations, one of the radio journalists was very interested and asked us for a copy of the introductory book of Falun Gong. A female TV journalist was also quite stunned when hearing about the persecution in China; subsequently she interviewed us live on camera. After the interview, the camera operator took photographs of the persecution in China from our press kit.

We shared our experiences with the few people who practice Falun Gong in Klausenburg. Another person who was interested in Falun Gong told us that he watched the exercise video one evening, in spite of the fact that he did not go to bed that night he felt energetic and fresh showing no signs of fatigue.

These experiences showed me again that more and more good-hearted people are getting to know that Falun Gong is good, and are condemning the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
