He frequently tortures and slanders Dafa practitioners.
Zhang Xizhou, Chief of County Investigation Bureau. He also leads the
persecution of Dafa and practitioners.
Liu Zhenbang, former Chairman of Yinan County's Political Consultative
Committee. In the fall of 1999, to show that he was not
"superstitious," he composed two so-called poems to attack Dafa.
After he was assigned a two-story condo, however, he hired someone to check the
"Feng Shui" (geomancy; an ancient Chinese system to determine the most suitable
placement of doors, windows and furnishings in a home by analyzing surroundings
and their energies) of his property, and made major modifications to his apartment based on the assessment.
Tian xx, County Women's Association, persecutes Dafa and practitioners, and
is a member of the brainwashing team.
Lu Yiming, Foreign Affairs Unit of County Police Department, persecutes Dafa
and practitioners. He also illegally arrested practitioners at the county's
Beijing liaison office.
Dai Hengquan, Deputy Director of County Tax Bureau, persecutes Dafa and
practitioners.
Ma Hongtao is the head of the Yinan Real Estate Development company. He is an
advisor for the persecution of Dafa and practitioners.
Gao Zunxian, associate head of the Yinan Real Estate Construction Co.,

persecutes Dafa and practitioners.
Gao Zizhu, an employee of the Yinan Real Estate Construction Co., persecutes
Dafa and practitioners. Several times he took part in long-term monitoring of
practitioners' residences. Zeng Qingdeng, party secretary of Yinan Branch of the Lan Ling Group, persecutes
Dafa and practitioners.
Wang Yigang, security chief of Yinan Branch of the Lan Ling Group, persecutes
Dafa and practitioners.
Zhao Liai, formerly packaging section manager, currently head of the
administration unit of Yinan Branch of the Lan Ling Group, persecutes Dafa and

practitioners. Many times he brutally beat Dafa practitioners. Once he strangled
a practitioner with a rope until the practitioner fell unconscious.
Xue Yunxing, Party Secretary of Mamuchi Town, Yinan County, an instigator in
the persecution of Dafa and practitioners.
Wang Wei, Vice Secretary of Yiwen Town, an instigator and thug who persecutes
Dafa and practitioners. Many times he led his followers to illegally ransack
practitioners' homes.
Li Jian, an official of Yiwen Town, persecutes Dafa and practitioners.
Xie Hongyi, former Party Secretary of Dawangzhuang Town, now the Party
Secretary of Puwang Town, helps instigate the persecution of Dafa in Yinan
County. Under his command, ruffians have many times illegally ransacked
practitioners' homes, fined practitioners as well as beaten practitioners up. In
particular, they inhumanely torture female practitioners with extremely
contemptible and dirty means. In the winter, they aggressively stripped the
female practitioners and forced them to sit on the watered-down cement floor. He
instigates ruffians to brutally beat up and shock female practitioners with
electric batons on their breasts and private parts. The practitioners were
tortured to the point of being black and blue all over their bodies. Sometimes
the practitioners fainted from the abuse.
Zhang Yuanjin, the former District Party Secretary of Dawangzhuang Town,
takes part in instigating the persecution on Dafa. He brutally beats, tortures
and abuses practitioners. He is Xie Hongyi's accomplice.
Wang Xiaoliang, an official of Yiwen Town, is a malicious thug in persecuting
Dafa and practitioners.

malignant tumor, hidden among practitioners, who has enlightened along on an
evil path. Now he has become an accomplice of the evil who betrays and cheats
practitioners.
Feng Qiliang, a teacher of Yinan First Middle School, a malignant tumor
hidden among practitioners who has enlightened along an evil path. Now he has

Yu Shiying, an employee of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative in Sucun

Gao Yinghua, the principal of Yinan No.2 Middle School, is an insidious thug,
persecuting Dafa and practitioners. He once threatened a practitioner, "If
you still practice Dafa, I will confiscate your house and drive your whole
family away, and force you to go back to a farm to do labor!"
