Photo Report: Practitioners on Hunger Strike Submit Appeal Letter to Toronto Chinese Consulate


14-year-old practitioner Ye Jin and 67-year-old practitioner Li Pianpian ended their one-month sit-in appeal in front of the Chinese Consulate on August 31. Toronto practitioners will continue their voluntary hunger strike relay to support the 130 Falun Gong practitioners in Masanjia Labor Camp whose lives are in danger.

At 11:00am on August 31, Dr. Zhao Ruoyun (who also took part in the hunger strike), Ye Jin and Li Pianpian submitted an appeal letter together to the Toronto Chinese Consulate. The letter was rejected.
