Punishment and Warnings to the Evil People in Mainland China

(Clearwisdom.net) Li Fayou was deputy secretary of the suburb division committee in Hefei City, Anhui Province. He had held "brainwashing" classes to torture Falun Dafa practitioners. He had also dragged practitioners out into the snow and freezing temperatures and forced them to stand outdoors for a long time. He died on December 19, 2001.

Wang Mingquan was the director of the security office in the suburban area Yicheng Town in Hefei City, Anhui Province. He was around 45 years old. He had actively tortured Dafa practitioners. He died from cancer in early 2001. Shi Zhongru is the deputy secretary of the Party Committee at Wanjiang Factory in that suburb. He had arrested, and sentenced practitioners to labor camp and expelled practitioners from their work. During the past two years, he has been hospitalized many times and has spent several hundreds of thousands of Yuan (Chinese currency) on heart surgery and spinal surgery.

Yuan Hongliang was a member of the Party Committee at Aner Town in Quzhou County, Hebei Province. In the fall of 1999, he went to a practitioner's house and slandered the teacher and Dafa. As a result, he suddenly died three days later. Wen Qinsheng is the deputy secretary of Anshang Village in Houcun Town. He has been hostile to Dafa. He would tear down any Dafa banners and posters. In September of 2001, he was playing Mahjong (a game) when he suddenly fell over and lost consciousness. Half of his face was paralyzed.

Yan Qingtang is a policeman at the Chengguan Police Station in Quzhou County, Hebei Province. In the evening of April 17^th 2001 (lunar calendar), three days after he had slandered Dafa, he fell from a motorcycle and was dragged for a distance behind it. His face bled all over and he lost conscious. Misled by his teacher, an elementary pupil Wang Linlin tore down Dafa posters. He had headaches for two days. Now he has realized his mistake and has asked other classmates not to do the same thing he did.

Li Wei was from Manan Village, Jiangnan Township in Ningan City, Heilongjiang Province. He was 43 years old. He had slandered Dafa. In 2001, he died from a car accident when he rode a tractor. Other people in the tractor were safe. Wu Daqing is the secretary in Gasi Village. He reported on the practitioners who gave Dafa materials to him. Soon after, he was discharged from his work. His eyes were injured in a car accident, and he was wounded during a fight with others. Now he is homeless.

Li Wenyin, a police who works at the detention center in Ningan City, Heilongjiang Province, had beaten up and cursed at practitioners. He used a one-meter long nylon tube to beat practitioners. Now he has faced retribution. In May of 2001, he was sentenced to jail because of an offense at work. Jiang was the head of the Ningan Farm Fourth Team. He had slandered Dafa and tortured practitioners. In the summer of 2001, he died at home while drinking alcohol.

Guan Zhenyi, villager of Benxi City, Liaoning Province, was used by the evil forces to torture practitioners. He had harassed and forced practitioners to write articles to denounce Dafa. He suddenly became ill and was hospitalized. Later he regretted his evil actions and stopped torturing practitioners. Now he has completely recovered.
