Names, Personal Information and Description of Crimes for Those Responsible for and Assisting in the Persecution of Falun Gong

Great efforts have been made to document the names of those responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, including their personal information and details about the crimes committed. Case 1: Jilin Province, Officials Torture Falun Gong practitioner to death

Victim: Mr. Tiesong Wang

Description: Jilin Province Baihe Forestry Bureau worker and Falun Gong practitioner Tiesong Wang, male, 32, was illegally sent to Yanji Labor Camp in October 2000. He was tortured to death on December 4, 2001. Witnesses at the hospital said: "according to the condition of the deceased at the time, when he was carried to the hospital, he was already dead." However forced by the police, he was declared dead due to "all rescue measures proving inefficient."

Case 2: Shandong Province, Officials Beat Falun Gong Practitioner To Death

Victim: Ms. Xiujuan Wang

Description: Xiujuan Wang was a peasant in Masong village, Masong Town, Changle County, Weifang City, Shandong Province. She was beaten to death on January 21, 2001 for practicing Falun Gong. She was 36. In the afternoon of the 21^st, Town Secretary of Politics and Law Shijun Zhao and official Yongrui Gao severely beat Xiujuan Wang, who hadn't eaten for 4 to 5 days, until she was dead. Without informing the relatives, they then cremated the body of Xiujuan Wang.

Case 3: Hainan Province Labor Camp

Description: Hainan Province Forced Labor Camp has illegally detained over 80 Falun Gong practitioners. Political Commissar Helin Zhang is in charge of the brainwashing class for Falun Gong practitioners there. They established the special administration (of Falun Gong practitioners) team in October 2000, which is led by Education Section Chief Xuejun Wang, Team One Leader Shaohua Chen and Medical Section Vice Chief Shengxiong Liang. Falun Gong practitioner Xuejun Gou was hung up and beaten for refusing to renounce his beliefs. After he was taken down, he was repeatedly kicked in the chest. As a consequence, several of his ribs were broken and his life was in grave danger. He was sent to the hospital, and only by drilling a hole on both sides of his chest to release the stasis of blood within, could his life be saved. Falun Gong practitioner Xuejin Huang, who is over fifty years old, was tied up and thrown into an icy pond in the winter. In the Entrance Team, policeman Linding Han used 4 handcuffs to secure Mr. Liyou Yan to the bed each night so that Yan could not sleep. He also ordered people being held for drug addiction to torture Yan. The men forced Yan to drink urine and then beat him until he threw up. In April 2001, Special Administration Team's second leader Haijun Li broke practitioner Ninghua Gao's arm for doing the Falun Gong exercises. The third leader, Ping Wu, and policemen Luhe Chen, Daowen Sun and Changhai Li also severely tortured Falun Gong practitioners.
