Along with the rapid progress of Fa-rectification, Dafa practitioners residing outside of Paris (almost all are Western practitioners) pay more and more attention to Hongfa to the local government. They introduce the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" of Falun Gong and the brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in China. The collective efforts of the practitioners make French people and each level of government "all know very well what we're about and what the evil that's persecuting Dafa is about." ("Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida, U.S.A.")
