[Clearwisdom.net] 60-year old Falun Dafa practitioner, Jiang Laisheng from Qiyang County in Hunan province, died from torture in February 2001 after being illegally detained for 7 days at the Qiyang County Detention Center. An investigation is being conducted to obtain more detailed information.
