A Dafa Practitioner

January 20, 2002 was a day for shocking the evils' center in Hubei Province. At 8:35 a.m., a huge banner 30' long and 3' wide (10 meters long and 1 meter wide) was unfurled from the 9-story building across from the Public Security Bureau. A colorful Falun and the words "Falun Dafa, Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" were printed on the yellow banner in red.

The Hubei Province Public Security Bureau and State Security Bureau are in the same building with its gate opening towards a small busy street. About 30' away, there is a 9-story residential building from which the banner was hung.
