To the esteemed Wuhan City Falun Dafa Practitioners: Greetings to all of you!

We are practitioners in the German City of Duisburg, a sister city to Wuhan/China. When we heard the good news that you proclaimed February 4, 2002 as "Wuhan Falun Dafa Day" we felt both very gratified and encouraged.

All along we have paid close attention to the Wuhan Falun Dafa practitioners' situation. We saw how one practitioner would take the place of another when the one in front can no longer serve, in order to protect the truth of the cosmos. You have all composed chapter after chapter in the history of the Fa-rectification process. We were quite moved. Although we are living overseas, we are closely linked with all other practitioners and have a mutual affinity. After the New Year we handed Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials to the Mayor of Duisburg, Germany. We also expressed our appeals for the urgent rescue of Falun Dafa practitioners persecuted in Wuhan City and other regions in China. We saw that more and more people, including overseas government officials, understand the truth of the situation and have let their voices of justice be heard. On February 4, 2002, "Wuhan Falun Dafa Day," we will send forth righteous thoughts together with you, at the top of the hour, to eradicate all the evil that is interfering with Dafa in the cosmos, using our most pure and most powerful righteous thoughts.
