List of Those Responsible for the Death of Dafa Practitioner Zhan Wei from Yingcheng City, Hubei Province


(Clearwisdom.net) Zhan Wei, male, born in 1970, was an employee of Post and Telecommunications Bureau of Yingcheng City in Hubei Province. He went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong during the 2001 National Day holidays, and was subsequently detained in Yingcheng City's No. 1 Detention Center in Hubei Province. To resist his persecution, Zhan Wei started a hunger strike in January of 2002. He was dehydrated after 8 days of the hunger strike and passed away at 1:39 p.m. on January 23, 2002.   • Xu Xueming C Director of "610 office," increased efforts to persecute Falun Gong continuously.
  • Zhou Tao - Member of Political and Security Sector of the City Police Department, actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong and was promoted for his efforts.
