UK Practitioners Hold Group Fa-Study During Christmas Holidays

From December 24 to 28, 2001, about 20 practitioners in the UK held a group Fa-study and shared experiences at a practitioner's home in Birmingham.

On the afternoon of December 24, practitioners went to downtown Birmingham and held Hongfa activities there. In the street people were walking in an endless stream doing last minute shopping. Everyone was in a hurry with holiday expectations on his or her face. Practitioners peacefully practiced the exercises in the cold weather and distributed Dafa information until it got dark. 2000 flyers were quickly distributed, and many people with a predestined relationship with Dafa got the chance to hear about Dafa.

The activities during the holidays were arranged in an intensive but orderly manner. We studied Fa, practiced Dafa exercises and shared experiences. Through group study and experience sharing we have deepened our understanding of being Dafa practitioners during the Fa-rectification process. We have obtained a clearer understanding of the relationship between studying the Fa and doing Dafa work. Western practitioners also participated in the experience sharing until very late. When Chinese practitioners apologized to a female Westerner for not translating the conversation quickly, she said, "Even though sometimes I do not know what you are talking about, I still like to listen quietly because the energy field is very benevolent. Practitioners' hearts are so pure."

Five days of activities quickly passed. Bringing with them a renewed understanding in Dafa, practitioners then went to the next Hongfa activity in London. We were glad to spend the biggest holiday together in Dafa cultivation.
