(Clearwisdom.Net) A Falun Dafa practitioner was taken during a mass arrest in May 2002. She was sent to a Police Substation, where police said they would detain her for one night and then send her to the detention center. The practitioner's heart was not affected. She sent righteous thoughts to eliminate evil in other dimensions for over three hours. Then the police came to talk to her, so she clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to them. When the police understood, they wanted to call a taxi to send her home. She thanked them but refused, and walked home instead. The practitioner said, "I just want to eliminate evil. If I'm not able to, then Master please help me eliminate evil." This practitioner makes Fa-study a high priority and recites Dafa every day. She also sends forth righteous thoughts at the top of each hour to eliminate evil. She described the following experience:
On July 21 1999, the Political and Judiciary Committee of the Police Station pretended they wanted to talk to me in order to get me to come to the station, where they illegally detained over ten Falun Dafa practitioners. At noon the next day, the police took me to my home where it was illegally ransacked . They confiscated my Dafa exercise tape and the book "Zhuan Falun" and detained us for one and a half days without warrant.
At the beginning of September, I went to visit another practitioner. Just after I entered her home, the local Police Substation took us to the Police Substation to interrogate us for suspicion of "organizing illegal activities". They confiscated my purse and took 250 RMB. They sent us to the county detention center, where we were illegally detained for 23 days and forced to pay over 400 RMB. In the detention center we practiced Falun Dafa exercises and clarified the truth to the prisoners and guards.
On January 1st of Lunar year 2002, my coworker who was assigned to watch over me, tricked me into going to the Police Station, where many other practitioners were already being held. The police interrogated me and asked if I was still practicing. I said yes and clarified the truth to him. That night, two other practitioners and I were taken to the detention center. We continued to practice, spreading the Fa and clarifying the truth. One day as I was practicing, a guard took me out and lashed me ten times with a leather whip. While he was beating, he asked whether I still wanted to practice. I said yes. The police saw that I was pretty firm and stopped beating. Another guard with the last name of Wang handcuffed practitioners together while he was on duty. He also forbade use of the restrooms and poured cold water on our luggage. One time when we practiced Falun Dafa exercises again, guard Wang twisted our arms backward and handcuffed us in a very uncomfortable position. In the detention center we were fed spoiled steamed rolls and dirty smelly cabbage soup. I was illegally detained for 67 days. For 7 days during the extremely cold winter there was no heat at all. For this inhuman torture, I was forced to pay over 1,000 RMB food fee, 100 RMB "human sentiment" fee, and 1,000 RMB deposit after my release. I didn't have any freedom even after I have my release. I had to report to the police every day, and get permission to go out. The police also sent people to watch me and search and ransack my home.
In July 2000, two police came to my home and took "Zhuan Falun" and my exercise tape. They asked where I got them and I didn't say anything. They also asked me why I hadn't reported for some time. I told them I had to work to survive. I didn't have time to report when I was working in the mountains. They dragged me to their car to take me to the Police Station for further interrogation. I requested to go home, but they sent me to the detention center. Soon, another practitioner was arrested and detained, as well as a practitioner who had come to town to visit her mother. To resist persecution, we began fasting and insisted on practicing the exercises. The Secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee of the Police Station came to interrogate us. We clarified the facts to them. We told them that Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa, and that we were good people who got framed. It is not wrong to be good people; good is repaid with good and evil with evil; we hoped they would earn a good position for themselves in the future. We were released after ten days.
In October 2000, the Director of the County Political Security Office, as well as some police from the local Police Station came to search my home. They accused me of distributing flyers and took me to the Police Station for interrogation. The Director, who has since passed away, slandered Dafa. I told him he did not have the honor to mention my Master's name. They also took my son's suitcase to the Police Station. They failed to find any "evidence" inside it, and had to release me. My husband didn't practice Falun Dafa and could not endure the persecution we faced for my belief so he divorced me.
On January 28, 2001, 3 corrupt officials visited my mother and to deceive me, they said if I didn't go to Beijing, they would not arrest me. But at noon on the day before the Spring Festival, I was arrested and taken to the #597 Hotel. In order to resist persecution I was forced to leave home.
Since July 20 1999, the local Police have forsaken all legal procedure, and broken the law that they were entrusted to enforce. They have illegally interfered with my life, followed and spied on me; my home was often ransacked; I have lost my freedom and the right to speak freely.
I appeal to compassionate people around the world to insist that Jiang Zemin's Regime stop these crimes and end the persecution against benevolent Falun Gong practitioners.
