(Clearwisdom.net) On October 1, 2002, the mayor of the famous city of Versailles and member of parliament, Mr. Pinte, met Falun Gong practitioner Zhao Ming in the French Parliament Office. Mr. Pinte was very pleased at Zhao Ming's release. He expressed his admiration for Zhao Ming's courage in prison for insisting on his own belief. Recently, a Member of Parliament who was a former French Minister of Education met Zhao Ming and said that he would continue his efforts to rescue those Falun Gong practitioners who are being persecuted in China.

During recent days, the French Falun Dafa Association held a press conference on Zhao Ming's release in the European aircraft manufacturing center in Toulouse. It was also the day that the Chinese Prime Minister visited the airbus company in Toulouse. French TV station 3, Toulouse TV station, Toulouse radio broadcasting station, and local newspapers positively covered the issues of Zhao Ming's release and Falun Gong.
