Cases of Immediate Karmic Retribution in this Lifetime Across China
(Clearwisdom.net) [Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that
is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental
teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe,
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in
harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will
incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while
evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of
those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires
that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution.] The vice-section chief, Liu Wanzheng, from Jingyuan Ore Goods Bureau, Baiyin City, Gansu
Province, died in the middle of last September after persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. An
official named Sun Jie in the Pingchuan District of Baiyin City did all he could to persecute Dafa
practitioners. In this regard, he was even acclaimed as having "rendered meritorious
service" and was given a bonus of one level of wages. However, he was recently removed from
office. The leader of an elementary school in a village in Weifang City, Shandong Province instigated
students to keep watch on teachers who practiced Falun Gong. During a certain time of year, most
students in this school experienced an epidemic of parotitis. Some of these infections spread to
become meningitis, hepatitis, myocarditis and others. The school was compelled to suspend classes.
Two of these students were sisters, and their condition was serious. Their grandparents, a retired
party secretary of the village and his wife, had recently participated in monitoring Dafa
practitioners; thus, their evil doing was brought to bear on later generations. However, one student
of the school was not only safe and sound, but also appeared especially healthy. His grandmother
practiced Falun Gong, and often told him to not say bad things about Dafa and not tear down
truth-clarification slogans. Wang Huanda, the director of the "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to
persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all
other political and judiciary systems) in Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province, persecuted Dafa
practitioners and destroyed Dafa materials. In May 2002, while walking, he suddenly collapsed onto
his knees with his leg broken in three places. Zhang Zhenyang, a political committee member at Anshan City Labor Camp in Liaoning Province,
personally directed the program rehearsed by collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who
have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture]. Between the Chinese Spring Festival, 2002 and
before May 1st, the program was performed several times. The main actress, Dong Weihua
developed a large uterine tumor. Li Hua, the chief of the local police station in Dayubo Township, Yi County, Jinzhou City,
Liaoning Province, sent several Dafa practitioners to jail who had planned to go to Beijing to
appeal. After a few days, Li Hua had a car accident, and several of his ribs were broken. Police
officer Zhou Fuli rushed into a practitioner's home late at night and forcefully carried away the
practitioner on his back. After a few steps, he fell down and suffered a stroke. He is now
paralyzed.
