Serious Health Problem Cited as Possible Cause for Jiang's Delayed Departure from Waco

(Clearwisdom.net) Clearwisdom News at 4:15pm on October 25th from Crawford: Today in the afternoon, Jiang's health once again appeared to be abnormal. He was so weak that he could not stand up, even with the help of others. At around 4:15 P.M., Jiang was carried into his private 747 airplane, flying from TSTC Airport in Waco.

During the past several days of Jiang's visit to the U.S., no matter whether he was in his hotel or attending other activities, every day, there was some problem with his health. Wherever he went, there was always an ambulance following closely. People in Chicago and Houston all felt very strange about this.

According to inside reports, Jiang had planned to leave Waco and fly to Mexico at about 3:00 P.M. However, the flight was delayed until 4:00 P.M. because of his health condition.

At the same time, it started to rain in Crawford. In the rain, about 2000 Falun Gong practitioners continued their peaceful appeal and sent forth righteous thoughts from different places in Crawford.

At the TSTC Airport, there were about 100 practitioners waiting for Jiang's motorcade to come so they could protest peacefully against him. They were sending forth righteous thoughts quietly to use their pure and strong mind will to clear the evil fields brought by Jiang to the U.S. In Houston, about 100 practitioners were also sending forth righteous thoughts. In various places around the world, including China, millions of practitioners were also sending forth righteous thoughts.

Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, is a cultivation system with teachings based on the principle of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." It teaches people to be good and compassionate and improves their health both mentally and physically. It has been enthusiastically embraced by millions of people all over the world, but in 1999, it was banned and suppressed in China.

Jiang directly instigated and escalated the persecution of Falun Gong in China. From July 20, 1999 China has followed his policy to "Totally defame the practitioners' reputations, deprive them of economic resources, and physically eliminate them." Millions of Falun Gong practitioners have been illegally detained, sentenced to forced labor, imprisoned and tortured. Some female practitioners have been raped and several thousand healthy practitioners have been detained in mental hospitals. According to Chinese government internal records, over 1600 practitioners had been killed by the end of October 2001. By October 23, 2002, 505 death cases had been verified and reported outside of China.
