Hong Kong Practitioners Hold Candlelight Vigil and Send Forth Righteous in Standard Garden (photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) About two hundred Falun Dafa Practitioners held a candlelight vigil in Hong Kong's Standard Garden on the night of October 25, 2002 in peaceful protest against Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong. They called on the international community to work together to end the terrible persecution. This is one part of the global campaign to clear away the evil factors in other dimensions.

Besides the local Hong Kong practitioners, Falun Gong practitioners from Taiwan, Macao and America also participated in this activity. Some of them came to Hong Kong for a concert on October 24 and 25 in Hong Kong. They didn't even have time to change costumes before starting to send forth righteous thoughts together. It rained from time to time, but the practitioners sat together in an orderly fashion until the candlelight vigil ended at 6AM the next morning. Some of the practitioners stayed longer to send righteous thoughts.

The peaceful sitting protest will continue until midnight October 27, 2002.
