Falun Dafa Practitioners Move The Hearts of the "610" Officers

In April 2002, personnel from the "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] and some police from our town came to inspect my home . My mind was clear and I had no fear. When they asked me if I still practiced Falun Gong, I said to them, "I was skin and bones when I came back home from the brainwashing class. How could I survive without practicing? See for yourself, I have recovered very well since then."

The "610" personnel wanted to take me to view a film that slanders Falun Dafa. I refused to go. Then, a lady in her 40's spoke calmly, "Those Falun Gong practitioners will not say one bad word, and they will not take ill-gotten wealth. If everyone practiced Falun Gong like she does, there would be no bad people in our town." These words made the "610" officers smile.

Then I clarified the truth to them using my own personal experience as an example. I told them how we try to be the best person we can through studying the Fa and improving our xinxing [mind nature], which is not a crime! They thought what I said is right. They also expressed that cultivating according to "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance" is great, and we should all cultivate according to "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Before they left, they said with smiles, "We actually came to listen to your meaningful lecture." They were all smiling as they got into their vehicles.

I gained enlightenment through this incident. In order to act in dignified manner, to manifest Dafa's mighty virtue, to validate Dafa and to clarify the truth, we have to take the Fa as our teacher, keep righteous thoughts, and act righteously .
