(Clearwisdom.net) From September 28 to 30, 2002, the third Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in Moscow. Falun Dafa practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, and Baltic Sea area nations attended the conference after eliminating varying degrees of interference.

From 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on September 28, 2002, the practitioners attending the conference held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Embassy in the rain to commemorate fellow practitioners who have been tortured to death by the Jiang regime. They also sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil in other dimensions. On the morning of September 29, 2002, the practitioners came to the Embassy again and held a peaceful appeal to demand the end of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and to protest the Jiang regime's spreading of lies overseas to defame Dafa and Dafa practitioners. The peaceful appeal won the support of Moscow residents passing by, and Russian media provided positive coverage of the appeal the same day.

The practitioners exchanged their experiences on studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts and clarifying the truth, with special emphasis on putting Dafa first at all times, understanding the Fa from the Fa, searching one's inner self when facing interference, enhancing our awareness that we are one integrated body, catching up with the Fa-rectification process, clarifying the truth to over 100,000 Chinese people in Russia and other countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States, and all Chinese people in China, and clarifying the truth to local governments, media, and people from all walks of life.

The Conference ended on the evening of September 30, 2002.
