Practitioners on Trial For Tapping into Cable TV in Changchun Exhibit Courage and Righteousness in Court; Police Openly Shock them with Electric Batons

(Clearwisdom.net) The righteousness and dignity of 15 Dafa practitioners in Changchun Intermediate Court frightened those who are doing evil to Dafa and jarred many people's conscience. These 15 practitioners were accused of tapping into the Changchun Cable T.V. system in order to broadcast videos that clarify the truth about Falun Gong and how it has been inhumanly and unjustly persecuted. On September 18, 2002, they were in court to be sentenced. According to those present, when the practitioners walked into the courtroom, they continually shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" "Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa!" This brave act threw the policemen who were present into confusion, and they revealed themselves to be the thugs that they are. A group of them rushed out and madly shocked the practitioners with high voltage electric batons, turning the courtroom into a torture chamber. These 15 practitioners, whether or not they were the ones who broadcast the truth on Changchun T.V., surely on this day used their courage to reveal the true situation to all who were present. People saw the true face of the policemen who were carrying out Jiang's persecution.

In court, Dafa practitioners refused to cooperate with the sham trial. They would only say "Falun Dafa is good!" and "Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa!" Everyone there could see the bruises on the faces of the practitioners and knew that before they came to court they had been beaten or tortured.

According to insiders, Dafa practitioner Liang Zhenxing was sent to the Tiebei Detention Center of Changchun City before this illegal sentence was handed down. In the detention center he was illegally interrogated every couple of days. Every time he was sent back from the interrogation cell, his body was covered with cuts and bruises. The policemen feared very much that people would discover their evil deeds. They covered Liang's eyes and took him to a remote place for interrogation. Since Liang is very familiar with Changchun, he judged that he was close to Jingyuetan of Changchun City. In the interrogation cell, Liang was tortured with all kinds of instruments.
