Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Caihe Town of Hailin City, Helongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.Net)

Practitioner Han Zhitao, who was working in the Forestry Bureau of Caihe Town, Hailin City, was forcibly sent to a forced labor camp by the local "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches]. In the labor camp, he suffered tortures so severe that the labor camp authorities had to release him on bail for medical treatment. Currently he is unable to take care of his own daily life and has even lost the capability to stand up.

Practitioner Wang Yuanguan (also named Wang Jianqi), his wife Wang Yuguang, practitioner Tian Yuwen and practitioner Wang Zhongjie were kidnapped and sent to a place outside of Caihe Town. Their current whereabouts are unknown. Wang Yuanguan was sent to a forced labor camp for one year in 2000. His wife Wang Yuguang was sentenced to forced "re-education" for one year and was detained in Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center. Tian had been to Beijing appealing for Falun Gong many times. Wang Zhongjie also appealed in Beijing a few times and had been sent to a labor camp before. Many practitioners in the rural area of Caihe Town were forced to post bail for keeping their promises of not going to Beijing and appealing for Falun Gong.

Practitioner Guan Xingtao had been forced to pay a penalty of more than 4000 Yuan [Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 Yuan] for his appealing in Beijing in 1999. He suffered physical tortures and cursing in Caihe Police Station and was illegally detained for 15 days. During the following 2 years after he was released, the police of Caihe Police Station kept harassing and threatening him. In 2002, he was caught again because of his appealing in Beijing the second time. He was then sent back to Canhe Town accompanied by his relatives and Ningan City police. When he was sent to the Caihe Police Station, he walked away from the place using his righteous thoughts. Now he has again joined in the Fa-rectification process!

Practitioner Fu Yanqiang is living in Xiaorenguo Village of Caihe Town. In 1999, he went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa and as a result, was caught in Beijing. But, he managed to escape and left at that time. Later on he was caught in Hebei Province and was sent back to Caihe Town. In the Caihe Police Station, he suffered cruel tortures, and currently at this time, it is unknown whether or not he is still alive. Local police also beat his brother severely as they were illegally searching Fu's home. They also forced Fu's family to pay the fines. Even Fu's house was forced to be used as a pledge. The police of Caihe Police Station shouted, "We want to punish Fu Yanqiang until he is brought to total ruin and poverty and has no more properties or savings." Another practitioner Miao Zhenqiang also suffered horrific beatings after he was caught from his appealing trip to Beijing in 1999. The police beat him so severely that many wounds covered his body.

We sincerely hope those fellow practitioners who read this article eliminate the evil forces that manipulate the persecutions in other dimensions with powerful righteous thoughts.
