(Clearwisdom.net) Di Aiguo is the principal and Party secretary in Oil Shiyan High School in Liaohe, Liaoning Province. Since July 20, 1999 when Jiang's regime launched the nationwide persecution of Falun Gong, Di severely has abused his power by using it to persecute Falun Gong practitioners in the school.

At the very beginning, he forced practitioners to turn in Dafa books and write a "guarantee statement" denouncing Falun Gong. Later, six practitioners went to appeal for Falun Gong in Beijing. One of them was sent to a forced labor camp and the rest were punished by being laid off from their jobs for two to ten months without salary. Many times, Di openly defamed Dafa in meetings. He also launched a signature collection campaign to attack Dafa by forcing and deceiving all school employees and students to get involved. He prepared and set up regulations against practitioners and listed the things he would not allow practitioners to do. If a regulation was violated, the practitioner would face job termination.

In January 2002, Di tried to hold an anti Falun Gong brainwashing class for practitioners Li Guojun, Gong Zhenjun and Zhang Xiuyu (all are teachers) but encountered the practitioners' resistance. Di immediately terminated their employment and only paid them basic living expense. The students were left behind without teachers.

Female teacher Zhang Xiuyu was forced out of the meeting of school employees because she said, "All of these actions are persecution against me." Di soon fabricated materials against Zhang and reported to the local public and security department that Zhang spread Falun Gong in class in December 2001. Actually, Zhang had been explaining the formation of rain to the students. Several days later, four to five personnel from the school security section went to Zhang Xiuyu's home to arrest her. Zhang strongly protested their illegal action and made them leave. Later, they went to Zhang's hometown to arrest her but without any success. Since then, Zhang has been forced to stay away from her home to avoid further persecution. Zhang's husband worked in a different city. Their only child, a high school junior, is left at home alone. Their family life was thus severely disrupted by the persecution.

In May 2002, the school stopped paying Zhang Xiuyu the basic expense. When Zhang went to the school to talk about it, Di secretly reported her to the police. Zhang was tailed and kidnapped by plainclothes police on the street around 7 p.m. on June 4. At the end of August 2002, a court case was filed against Zhang. The school got four students as "witnesses" but they were rejected by the court because they were younger than 18. On September 16, 2002, the court began to hear her case. Di personally showed up in the court as a witness. He provided false statements and fabricated facts to frame Zhang, who was sentenced to five years in prison. Di continued to report other practitioners to the local police, trying to get all of them sentenced to jail. While doing this he covered up his vicious doings against the practitioners so that the school's employees would not know. In this way he deceived many school staff members who did not know the truth of Dafa.
