(Clearwisdom.net)

On January 1, 2002, Shuangcheng female practitioner Cai Mi was forcefully taken away from her home and sent to the Harbin Second Detention Center by security guards of the Northeast Forestry University. Her mother fainted from the shock and agony. In the detention center, both Cai Mi's hands and feet could not move and she was comatose. After a physical exam, she was found to have an infectious liver disease. Regardless of Cai Mi's health condition, the police of The Harbin Branch of Power Bureau continued to detain her for more than one hundred days before she was released.

On May 16, 2002, the police of the Harbin Branch Power Bureau kidnapped her and took her to the Harbin First Detention Center. In the middle of July, Cai Mi was illegally sentenced to four years in prison. Even so, the police of the Harbin Branch Power Bureau openly yelled that the sentence was too light. They wanted her to be sentenced to nine years.

According to reliable sources, Cai Mi has been tortured to the verge of death in prison. Her body is nothing but skin and bones. Her family can barely recognize her extremely distorted figure when they visit her. She is currently receiving medical treatment in the prison's hospital. The prison is afraid to take any responsibility and has refused to take her back. At same time, the "610 Office" (a bureau created solely to persecute Falun Gong with absolute power over the judiciary, the police, the military, and every level of government and jurisdiction) has refused to release her.

Additionally, practitioner Lu Mengxin who was a teacher in Northeast Forestry University was illegally sentenced to three years in prison for continuing to practice Falun Dafa.
