A practitioner came back to city Z to visit her family and to tell the truth about Falun Dafa to her prior co-worker Ms. Zhang. Ms. Zhang told her, " I have serious doubts about the propaganda that is aired on TV about this murder [Note: this refers to a murder case aired on CCTV that has been used by the authorities to frame Falun Gong]. If the book told people to murder somebody, or told practitioners to commit suicide, why would people dare to read it? So many practitioners are intellectuals and degree-holders. They can't be as silly as the propaganda suggests! After hearing what you have said, I finally understand it." After thinking a bit, Ms Zhang asked, "Please help me get a copy of Zhuan Falun, I want to take a look at it and find out the truth for myself."

A practitioner asked for help from her ex-classmate for some Fa-spreading activities. She was reluctant and said, "I will hurt you by helping you!" The practitioner responded with a smile, "You are not only helping me but also helping many people, and even helping yourself!" Later, she indeed helped the practitioner. A couple of days later, this practitioner went to see her and was very shocked, as her ex-classmate's complexion had become fair and rosy. However, just a couple of days ago, the classmate had been worrying about big areas of brown spots on her face! The practitioner was very surprised. After she thought it over, she realized that the change happened just after the classmate finished helping her. The practitioner smiled, "She was indeed helping herself by helping me!"
