The Trinity College student newspaper, The Trinity Record reported in its latest edition that several Falun Gong practitioners worldwide have filed a lawsuit against the Chinese leader, Jiang Zemin. Zhao Ming, a Falun Gong practitioner currently in Ireland was one of those who filed the lawsuit because of the torture and brutal treatment he received in a labour camp in China.

Ming has since returned to Ireland to continue his MSc in Computer Science at Trinity College.

The lawsuit was submitted while Jiang was in Chicago
