Old Schoolmates to A Dafa Practitioner: Don't Worry, We Evaluate the Truth of What We Hear and Read

(Clearwisdom.net)

After being persecuted and becoming destitute and homeless, a Dafa practitioner returned to Beijing, where she had stayed while studying in her younger days. She telephoned her schoolmates, telling them that she was back in the city, and they were all very happy to hear the news. That very day, some of her schoolmates visited her after work, and they also asked her if she needed any help. Some of them helped her find a place to live. Others were willing to give her material support, and still others, who were not able to visit her that day, invited her to their homes on the weekend. Some schoolmates proposed that she should live with them in their homes. In a short time, the Dafa practitioner had met up with most of her old schoolmates who lived in Beijing.

Later, the Dafa practitioner said that she worried that her schoolmates may have been deceived by the fabricated news stories. Her schoolmates replied, "Don't worry. We are well educated, and able to evaluate what we hear and read. You can set your mind at rest. We will never blindly believe what they say. We all understand your situation and will not cast you aside just because the Jiang regime opposes Falun Gong."
