Nanshi District Police in Baoding City, Hebei Province, Torture Dafa Practitioners With 100,000 Volt Electric Batons

(Clearwisdom.net) Just before October 1st, the PRC National Celebration Day, the Nanshi District Police Station in Baoding City, Hebei Province, executed a large-scale kidnapping of Dafa practitioners. The police station used many police to kidnap, entrap, and persecute Dafa practitioners. (It was reported that the No.2 police team imprisoned 6 Dafa practitioners.)

The police used 100,000-volt electric batons to torture Dafa practitioners. They used various ways to shock the practitioners:

  1. Forcing the practitioners to grab the electric batons to shock them;
  2. Forcing the practitioners to sit on the electric batons to shock them;
  3. Sprinkling water on practitioners and then shocking them;
  4. Shocking the parts of practitioner's body where the flesh is thin;
  5. Shocking the whole body;
  6. Shocking practitioner's genitals.

The police also struck practitioners on the head, face and hands with belts and struck their faces, hands and ears with flyswatters. Whenever the flyswatters broke from hitting practitioners, they used the handle instead. They stomped and kicked practitioners, and struck their heads like one would strike a punching bag. They locked practitioners in small cells and tied them onto "Dead Man's Beds." [The practitioner's four limbs are stretched out and tied to the four corners of an icy-cold metal bed. The practitioner cannot move at all, nor is he allowed to get up to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom. This treatment can last from several hours up to more than a dozen days. This type of cruel torture causes severe damage to the practitioner both mentally and physically.]

The police also force practitioners to sit in iron chairs. The practitioners are secured so tightly that they cannot move at all. The police then burn them with cigarette lighters, force them to smoke, and pour liquor down their throats (because practitioners do not smoke or drink liquor).

We appeal to kind people in the world to pay attention to the outrageous acts of the policemen in the Nanshi district police station in Baoding City, Hebei Province. Stop the persecution of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" in China.
