Female Dafa Practitioner Liu Guiying Tortured to Death by the Mishan City Detention Center in Heilongjiang Province

November 18, 2002

(Clearwisdom.net) Liu Guiying, female, 43 years old, was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province. In March 2002, Liu Guiying was arrested and sent to the Mishan City Detention Center for clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa to others. The police attempted to transfer her to the Wanjia Labor Camp; however, the labor camp refused to accept her because she showed symptoms of hypertension. So the police had no way but take her back to the Mishan City Detention Center. On October 24, 2002, Liu Guiring was tortured to death. The police cremated her body without the consent of her family members on October 26. The evil police did not allow Dafa practitioners to say farewell to the dead, threatening to detain whoever wanted to go there.
