Germany: Parade and Other Activities in Goslar (Photos)

German Dafa practitioners came back to the city of Goslar again to hold activities and an SOS parade through the city's center. The old, beautiful city was shrouded in haze, tension and agitation when Jiang visited in April of this year. At that time, 700 plus policemen were spread throughout the city. Stores were closed; concerts were cancelled and manhole covers were even welded shut. What's more, whoever was wearing yellow clothing was stopped and questioned. Some were asked to go to the police station and made to take off their yellow clothing. Jiang was terror-stricken with the sight of yellow Dafa clothing and the words "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" and "Falun Dafa".

After these absurd days passed, a German lady came to our practice site, asking if she could learn the exercises. She learned of Falun Gong from her husband, who was a policeman on duty in Goslar on the day of our appeal. Her husband had brought her a Dafa leaflet home and said he found practitioners to be peaceful and rational, even though he had been told that Falun Gong practitioners were dangerous!

When the practitioners came to the Goslar police station again to clarify the truth to the policemen, the policemen felt sorry and apologized for how they had treated practitioners in April. The practitioners then showed them a Video CD, which exposed the evil deeds of Jiang's regime. They watched the entire Video CD and were speechless. With tears in their eyes, they told the practitioners that they had reasons to appeal to the high court.

These activities have helped to gain the support of the policemen. During our activities, there were only two policemen. One practitioner asked them: "Only two of you?" One policeman said: "It's enough."

The citizens of Goslar willingly accepted our materials. Some stopped when they heard it was Falun Gong, they said that they paid attention to what had happened in April and supported us. They also admired the practitioners' spirit in appealing for the persecuted people in China in the cold weather. They encouraged practitioners by saying, "Don't worry. What you have done is upright and we support you."
