The Story of a Righteous Man

(Clearwisdom.net) One day, I met a man who has a very strong sense of justice. His work unit has many Dafa practitioners, and he knows that they are all very good people. He does not believe any of the rumors about Falun Gong portrayed in the media.

Before July 20, 1999, a couple of Falun Dafa practitioners rented him a room. He also got to know a few other Dafa practitioners. Despite the overwhelming pressure after July 20, 1999, he told the Dafa practitioners that he would definitely not do anything unscrupulous such as reporting them to the authorities.

Over the past three years, whenever he met people who had heard and believed the rumors and then said that Falun Dafa is not good, he has tried to reason with them, "Have all of you read Falun Gong books? If you don't know, then don't say anything. If I had the money, I would send all of you overseas to take a look for yourselves. The situation is not at all what the media has reported." One time when eating in a restaurant, he told the person seated at the same table the facts about Falun Dafa. The person was worried and asked him to refrain from saying more as there could be any kind of people around them in the restaurant. He, however, confidently said, "What's there for me to be afraid of?'

One time he went on a business trip to Beijing. When exiting from the train station, the police required exiting passengers to step on the portrait of the founder of Falun Gong before they could pass. He refused to step on it no matter what, and in the end he was beaten up by six policemen. He told me that he had no regrets about this whatsoever.

He frequently brought friends to his home to watch VCDs that clarified the truth about Falun Dafa. He has many friends, including policemen and judges. With his help, many of them have understood the truth about Falun Gong.

One friend gave him a copy of the book Zhuan Falun and seriously told him that he must treasure it. He has already read Zhuan Falun a few times.
