Stories of Karmic Retribution at Chongqing City's Wangjiang Corporation
(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is,
being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental
teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe,
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in
harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will
incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while
evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of
those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires
that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution. Li Mingyu, female, 41 years old, is the Party secretary of a department at the Wangjiang Corp. in
Chongqing City. She slandered Dafa and claimed that she was not afraid of receiving retribution. She
has been sick since March and was diagnosed with breast cancer in August. The cancer has already
begun to spread to other parts of her body. Qing Zhiduo, male, around 60 years old, is a Party secretary in the Daxi Village Community of the
Wangjiang Corp. He frequently slandered Dafa and had forcibly fingerprinted Dafa disciples.
Recently, he broke his left hand in a fall. Wu Wenjie, female, around 50 years old, is a director in the Daxi Village Community. She
slandered Dafa, turned in truth-clarifying materials to the police station, and led police to a Dafa
disciple's home when he tired to clarify the truth to her. She also directed others to remove Dafa
posters. She was then hit by a car when riding a motorcycle and broke her left foot. She hasn't
recovered even more than a year later. Wang Daoxou, female, around 40 years old, is a retired worker from the Wangjiang Corp. Once she
worked on a propaganda program that slandered Dafa and fell off her bicycle on her way back. She
broke both her hands and has still not recovered from it. Li Yongsu, female, was a retired worker from the Wangjian Corp. She liked to attend the village
and community activities that defamed Dafa, and frequently gave information to police to persecute
Dafa. Last year, she broke her hands and feet in a fall, and then her husband died. She was later
diagnosed with bone cancer and died in June of this year. These incidents could have been avoided. These people may not have started out as bad people, but
under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa
disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed
their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's
wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.á November 20, 2002
