Dynaweb Finds Method to Break Domain Name Hijacking Through Online Search Engines (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Starting from the end of September 2002, China began to hijack the domain names of overseas websites, including Dynaweb. Many Internet surfers reported difficulties in accessing overseas websites. Many websites set up by individual volunteers were also hijacked. Here we introduce an easy way to search the IP address of a hijacked web domain name.

Go to "Google" or other search engines and search the keywords "online nslookup." You will find many pages. Some of the result pages provide NSLOOKUP service. You can type into the website you want to browse, and the page will return you the actual IP address. With this IP address, you can try https://IP to open the website. This method can be used with Dynaweb and many other overseas Chinese sites.

If the web page has many input boxes, usually you can use the default value or leave them blank. If some users don't know English, just look for these words on the page: "domain, host name." Type the website name into these spaces to search.
