Case 1: There are quite a number of Dafa practitioners in Shangrao County Education Committee in Jiangxi Province. Ever since the persecution of Dafa practitioners started, director Chen Youlai has been abusing his power to persecute practitioners Chen Zhengfeng and Xu Chen. In order to force them to give up their belief in Dafa, he threatened to dismiss them from work and transfer them to rural areas. Now he has been investigated on the charge of corruption. We hereby warn the evildoers in the committee that good will be rewarded with good, and evil will be met with evil.

Case 2: A former party secretary in Huludao City, Liaoning Province would tear down Dafa materials whenever he saw them. In early July this year, he reported to the police that a Dafa practitioner handed out materials. The police surrounded the building where this practitioner resided for 14 days. Four days after the police withdrew, this man was found to have liver cancer, and he died 52 days later at the age of 65.

Case 3: A lady in her 70s in Huludao City, Liaoning Province often tore up Dafa materials and she also told another person to do the same thing. That person said, "No, I do not dare do this. I don't want to receive retribution." Soon after, the first lady had lumps from her waist up to the forearm of the arm that tore up the Dafa materials. She looked everywhere for a cure, and finally understood that she had received karmic retribution for her wrongdoing. From then on, she never tore up any Dafa materials.

[Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.]
