Last Words of a "Grandma" Who Worked Miracles

Preface
"Usually, there is a prerequisite for 'true insanity.' It is that this
person must have superb inborn quality and must be quite elderly. Being of old
age, it would be too late for the person to practice cultivation. Those with
superb inborn quality are usually here on a mission and come from high
levels;" (Zhuan Falun, Lecture Six).

In a very poor village in the Northwest, lived a woman who was almost 60
years old. She was always very kind and hardworking, and she could clearly
distinguish right from wrong. People loved her. She suddenly became "insane"
at an early age, escaped from her home, and spent several days on a snowy
mountain. When she was found, she was sleeping soundly in the snow. The blood
from her cracked feet was frozen. After she was taken back home by her family,
her condition worsened. She would smile at everyone, and eat whatever she
could grab. Her family didn't have the money to take her to the doctor, so
they could only cry when they saw her suffer. To their surprise, her insanity
suddenly went away several years later. Her family was overjoyed!
One day, the elderly woman said to the people who were taking care of her,
"Your feet have problems and there is sickness in his belly; come here and let
me cure them." People did not take her words seriously, but let her "treat"
them anyway. As a result, the foot and stomach problems were both cured. Word
spread far and wide that she could cure sicknesses. People came from all over
to have her treat their sicknesses. She would only accept one bowl of noodles
as payment. She sometimes sent her own cornmeal to the poor villagers.
"Grandma" (affectionate term for older women) became very quiet in
1999. She kept repeating, "How could you people do such a thing?" She started
to keep her doors closed and sit in meditation. She would hardly ever see
people anymore. When asked, she said she felt discomfort in her heart,
"because humankind is going to commit a huge crime." On July 20, 1999, the
evil started to persecute Falun Dafa and Falun Dafa practitioners. One day,
Grandma gathered her family and friends and said to them seriously, "Do not
believe what is said on TV. They are lying. Falun Gong is a righteous way in
the Buddha school. Teacher Li has come from a very very high place. He is
coming to rectify the real Buddhas in heaven and on earth. You should respect
Falun Gong cultivators."
On the opposite side of the river by the elderly woman's house is a big
temple. After the year 2000, the female head in the temple slandered Falun
Dafa and Falun Dafa practitioners. Grandma was upset when she heard this. One
day that head came with all her disciples to invite Grandma to their temple,
but she refused loudly. Later people asked her why she refused. Grandma said,
"She is not a Buddhist cultivator, she is a sinner."
The wife of a policeman who was in charge of persecuting Falun Gong had a
major bleeding problem, and they found out during hospitalization that there
was a large swollen area on her lung. He could not find any cure, and finally
came to visit the elderly woman. Upon entering her door, she said to him, "Go
back to repent, Buddha will forgive you. Do not persecute Falun Gong
practitioners anymore." That policeman bought a lot of incense, candles, and
food, and went up to the mountain to repent, crying out loudly. After several
days, he took his wife to see the doctor; the swollen area of her lung was
gone! The doctor thought it was inconceivable! The policeman was very happy,
and came to thank Grandma with a present. She said, "You repented, that was
good. A Buddha cultivates Benevolence; it was the Lord of Buddhas who forgave
you. You should thank Falun Gong." That policeman has stopped persecuting
Falun Gong, and ever since then, he has been respectful to Dafa practitioners.
No matter who went to the elderly woman's place, she would tell them, "Falun
Gong is a righteous way in the Buddha school. I no longer treat illnesses now.
Beings at high levels don't think I should save people this way. You have to
have an upright heart."
One day in 2002,Grandma suddenly told her family and friends that she was
leaving. Her mission had been fulfilled. Nobody paid attention to her words.
One day in December 2002, she told people, "The current 'emperor' is a devil,
a three legged red toad. It came to bring disaster to China, and ruin the
Chinese people, but it won't last long. Very soon, something major will occur
in China, and I hope you all take care." After these words, Grandma left with
a smile on her face.
