Fa-Rectification Cultivation Stories of Falun Dafa Practitioners in the Mountains

There is a group of Falun Dafa practitioners in the countryside of Guangdong Province's borders. Their stories are very simple, but touching.

In order to avoid being illegally arrested, one elderly male Falun Dafa practitioner has been destitute and homeless for almost two years. He usually stays in fellow practitioners' homes, or sleeps in the woods when it is inconvenient to stay at their homes. He frequently rides a bike far away to some small towns in order to distribute truth-clarifying materials. Some times he rides 60 kilometers [about 40 miles] per day, posting flyers as well as passing out truth clarifying materials. Sometimes, he carries a female practitioner holding a child on his bike. Even so, he says that when he rides the bike, it feels like someone is pushing him, and that he is not tired at all. At night, he finds two trees along the roadside from which he hangs a hammock to sleep on. In the cold weather, he brings a thin blanket. If it is too cold, he burns some leaves or branches under the hammock for warmth.

Once, when he was passing out materials, a patrol guard saw him. The guard tried to take him to the police station. The practitioner calmly clarified the truth to him, told him good will be rewarded with good, and evil will meet with retribution. Eventually, the guard said to him, "Be careful next time," and then left.

One female farmer practitioner went out to post Dafa materials at night. She discovered that every place she planned to post the materials was lit up, although there were no street lights or vehicles passing by. She enlightened that Master was protecting her, and helping her to post the flyers straight. On another occasion, she went to a neighboring village to post flyers. She saw two guards running towards her, shouting that they would arrest her. She did not run, but calmly walked towards the road, and gave some flyers to two senior citizens who were sitting by the road. Despite their previous shouting, those two guards stopped chasing her.

One Falun Dafa practitioner gave some truth clarifying materials to his family member (a non-practitioner), and asked her help in passing them out to venders when she went shopping for vegetables. Once she forgot to bring the folded truth clarifying flyers. She came back specifically to get them and then went out again. She contributed more than 20 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly pay for an urban worker in China] that she had saved from daily shopping to help produce more flyers.
