Stories of People Who Awakened to the Truth and Began to Practice Falun Dafa

1. Once when I was on the train, I had a conversation with a middle-aged woman about the persecution of Falun Gong. She said to me, "I already think that Falun Gong was good. If Falun Gong wasn't good, then why would so many people practice? I think he (referring to Jiang) is evil. I am not in good health and would like to start practicing Falun Gong, too. Can you leave a phone number for me?" I gave her a copy of Zhuan Falun, and she was very happy to receive it. She said, "I will do good things by telling my friends and relatives that Falun Dafa is good."

2. An old, conscientious boss of mine recently suffered mild brain angiopathy and I went to see him. When I was there, he sympathized with Dafa practitioners and said that he believes that Falun Dafa is good. After our conversation he expressed that he wanted to read and learn Dafa. I returned home to get Zhuan Falun for him immediately. After I gave him the book he put his glasses on and started to read right away.

3. In Spring of 2002, after a storeowner's wife listened to my clarification of the truth of Falun Gong she said, "I wanted to practice Falun Gong before, but Jiang's regime didn't allow people to practice and also arrested the people who practiced Falun Gong. Accordingly, I didn't dare to practice. I have not had any contact with Falun Gong practitioners, except for receiving a Falun Gong flyer. Fortunately, I met you today. If the truth is the same as what you have said, I will also learn Falun Gong." Then I brought her a copy of Zhuan Falun and promised to find someone to teach her the 5 sets of exercises.

4. I went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. I was then arrested and put into a detention center. One detainee from Sichuan province became very excited after discovering that I was a Dafa practitioner and genuinely wanted to understand what Falun Gong is. I then told many of the detainees about the enormous changes I experienced after I began practicing Falun Gong. I also explained to them that the stories from the state-run media were fabricated propaganda. After awakening to the truth, righteous thoughts emerged from their minds. They said, "Falun Gong is so good! We will practice Falun Gong and never commit any crimes again." The following day, some others asked me to teach them the Falun Gong exercises. Among them was a 25-year-old man from Henan province who told me seriously while he was learning the sitting meditation, "I will try to find a copy of Zhuan Falun when I get out of the detention center." One day, the 25-year-old man from Henan province said, "Something extraordinary happened to me. As soon as I sat down and closed my eyes in meditation, I saw the shining characters "Falun Dafa" appear. Falun Dafa is so great! I will practice diligently after I go home. The person from Sichuan province said, "It seems that Falun Dafa is truly good, and that's why Dafa practitioners are so firmly resolute in their belief."
