The Qicun Town Police Station is using all of their manpower to persecute Falun Gong. One Falun Dafa practitioner whom they abducted protested his illegal detention by going on a hunger strike for more than 40 days. He suffered all kinds of torture and was finally released. Recently, the police have abducted a senior citizen in his sixties from his home simply because they suspected that he wrote a banner saying, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." In order to persecute Falun Gong, the Qicun Town Police Station has put aside routine public security tasks, undermining the general safety and security of their jurisdiction.

The Shahe City Police Station is persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners intensely. They abducted Dafa disciples who were passing out truth-clarifying materials, and in October they abducted nine Falun Dafa practitioners from one home. There are still four practitioners detained in the Detention Center.

Yu Shuping became Political Security Section chief, succeeding Jia Qifang in the persecution of Falun Gong. These people have committed crimes against Dafa, and are also victims themselves of the evil lies.
