My Testimonial to the Miracle of Falun Dafa

I started to practice Falun Dafa in 1994. Before I practiced Falun Dafa, I was very weak and had many illnesses. My work unit had to pay over 10,000 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly salary of an urban worker in China] for my medical expenses. After I learned Falun Dafa, all my illnesses disappeared. I am over 60 years old, yet my energy and physical condition is just like that of a 40 year-old person. Ever since the persecution against Falun Dafa began in July 1999, my firm belief in Falun Dafa has never been shaken no matter whether I was arrested, detained or forced to attend the "Brainwashing Class".

In October 1999, my daughter was in the advanced phase of thyroid cancer, one of the same illnesses that I had before. Suddenly last May, her life was in danger. For 13 days, she was unable to eat even one grain of cooked rice. She was bedridden, and her eyes could not open. She was nearly dead, and so I made funeral preparations.

Just at that moment, a miracle happened. She said that she wanted to listen to Teacher's lecture. Upon her request, I played the audiotape for her right away. After only 20 minutes of listening to it, she smiled and opened her eyes. At that time, both her son (a 20-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner) and I were very surprised. Another 10 minutes later, she wanted to sit up to listen. She listened for an hour. By that time, she didn't look like a patient at all. She said she wanted to eat something. The next day, she continued to listen, and she was more energetic and ate even more. On the third day, she listened to the lectures more. From then on, she could eat a lot, and is now able to do some housework.

Influenced by this miracle, several members in her family, who formerly didn't believe in Falun Dafa, changed their minds. Her son, who was not very diligent before, has now become very steadfast. Many everyday people in that area changed their attitude toward Falun Dafa.
