From February 8 to 11, the Chinese New Year Merchandise Carnival was held in the Vancouver Pacific National Exhibition Center. Over 200 exhibitors participated. Vancouver practitioners also participated in the exhibition. Practitioners demonstrated Falun Gong exercises, showed photos of the persecution in China and support from the international community. They also showed the video of the self-immolation incident to clarify the truth to people. Since it was part of the New Year celebration, many people came to the exhibition and most visitors were Chinese. It was a very good opportunity to Hongfa and clarify the truth. In four days, over 100,000 people came to the exhibition.

Two tourists from Northeastern China asked for some Dafa material and truth-clarifying CDs. They said they would take them home and let their friends read and watch the information. Exhibitors from adjacent booths also showed interest and chatted with practitioners during a break. When young practitioners demonstrated the Dafa exercises, their pure and lovely performance attracted many people passing by. They marveled at the peacefulness and beauty of the Dafa exercises.
