Photo Report: Zhen-Shan-Ren Welcomes Guests; Dafa Illuminates People's Hearts


On the first weekend of the Chinese New Year, the greater Seattle Chinese community held various activities to welcome the arrival of spring. Local practitioners also brought Dafa's benevolence and compassion to the people in festive mode. They distributed colorful balloons with Zhen Shan Ren and Falun Dafa written on them and received warm responses from children and their parents.

Practitioners came up with an idea of writing calligraphy for the visitors. At their Hongfa booth a practitioner wrote "Zhen Shan Ren" for visitors. Many people stopped by the booth to get a copy. Over the two-day period, several hundred visitors happily took Zhen-Shan-Ren home to celebrate the New Year.

Many people also got chance to learn the truth of Falun Gong.

For several years the practitioner has not picked up the hobby, but now the old hobby has found a new use"What is your name? We are going to write your name on the calligraphic work."

This lady came back several times for copies of 'Zhen-Shan-Ren'. She especially likes the word Ren and asked the practitioner to write every member of her family's name on the work. She says her family needs Zhen-Shan-Ren, especially Ren. One hour later she returns and asks for another Ren.

Pouring some gold powder on the letter so the letter shines golden. The paper used for the calligraphy has Zhen-Shan-Ren, by Falun Dafa practitioners, preprinted.


"I want this Shan. I will frame it and put it up on the wall."

This gentleman initially wanted the practitioner to write Good Fortune. The practitioner explained to him patiently, "We are practitioners that cultivate Zhen-Shan-Ren. We know Zhen-Shan-Ren is the most precious principle in this world. I understand why you want to have Good Fortune but have you ever thought there are things more precious than money and fortune? Think about it, if everyone in our society and families could follow Zhen-Shan-Ren, how wonderful the world would be!" The gentleman suddenly understood. "Then I want Zhen-Shan-Ren." He then asked for five Zhen-Shan-Ren works.
