(Clearwisdom.net) Before learning and practicing the sitting meditation, I warned the little children that no matter whatever they could see or whatever happened to them, they should remain unmoved and focus on the practice. When I began the hand gestures, I felt my whole body become hot but felt very comfortable. These several dozen little practitioners went into the tranquil state very quickly.

After the class, Xiaoxuan told me that, at most, only five of the children were protected by Master's law body in the beginning, but later on, after each child had calmed down and practiced, every one was with Master's law body, so that they were all protected one by one. Some of the children had many levels of lotus flowers. The majority of the children had at least two levels of lotus flowers.

After class, I sometimes ask them to study the Fa or to practice. Once, when several youngsters and I formed a circle together to sit in meditation, Xiaoxuan said we had only two levels of big lotus flowers, so he asked that the not so well behaved child get off the lotus, and, as a result, our lotus level went up quickly. At that moment, his younger brother Xiaohan came to find him. I asked him to practice with us. I encouraged the children and told them to be serious in the practice. Finally we reached up to the level 110 when the bell rang for the class.

Xiaoxuan told me after the practice that he saw the people on the earth, the sun, the nine planets, on the meteors and in the universe. There are western people as well. Adults and children are all practicing Falun Gong, some practicing the first exercise, others practicing the fifth set of the exercises. Our teacher is sitting on many, many countless levels of lotus flowers. In the book Zhuan Falun, our teacher says that we go up by sitting on our Gongzhu [energy potency], the higher our Xinxing [heart and mind nature; moral character] is, the higher our energy is. We are protected by the law body during cultivation. We are so happy and very grateful to our benevolent Teacher. Thank you Teacher!
