Proposal to Establish "Qiqihar Falun Dafa Day"

Greeting! Hereby, Qiqihar City practitioners solemnly propose setting the day February 4, 2002 as "Qiqihar Falun Dafa Day." February 4, 2002 is the beginning of Spring and the end of winter according to the Chinese lunar calendar. Spring has arrived and everything is renewed. Choosing this day as Qiqihar Falun Dafa Day signifies that the evil will be completely eliminated and Fa rectification of the human world is about to come. On this day, let us send forth our purest and most powerful righteous thoughts at 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. and 8:00, 9:00 and 10 p.m. Beijing time, to completely eliminate all evil in the Qiqihar area that persecutes Dafa and Dafa practitioners, including everything and excluding nothing in the cosmos. We also suggest that from February 4th to the Chinese New Year, we clarify the truth and spread the Fa by distributing literature, VCDs and greeting cards, and having face-to-face talks with people in this holiday atmosphere.
