Wujiapuzi Re-Education Center in Fushun City, Liaoning Province Brutally Tortures Women Falun Dafa Practitioners on Hunger Strike

There was a "torture center" in Fushun No. 2 People's Hospital, sponsored by the Fushun City Political and Judiciary Committee and Wujiapuzi Re-education Center. Some of the "Center" police came from the Wujiapuzi Re-education Center, some were borrowed from Fushun City Juhuayuan Jail. The Leader was Liu Baocai from Wujiapuzi Re-education Center.

These jail officers brutally beat, curse, and poured cold water onto all the hunger striking Dafa disciples sent to the No.2 Hospital. They had the doctors and nurses who have no morals help force-feed practitioners and give infusions. Liu said, "It's really troublesome to have people die in the Re-education Center. But this is a hospital, so it's no matter if people die. When we conduct force-feedings, it is just like clearing a clogged sewer, nothing more!" It was known that more than 20 Falun Dafa disciples were tortured here; below are some of the torture reports.

Wang Hong, female, was force-fed with her arms and legs all handcuffed. Liu Baocai poured a whole basin of cold water onto Wang and poured food inside Wang's clothes, laughing maliciously all the while. He refused to unlock the handcuffs. He said, "Let her go to the bathroom on the bed; the handcuffs will never come off!"

Zou Guirong, female, was severely tortured. Cold water was constantly poured on her and she was often viciously beaten. Almost everyday, she received force-feeding or infusions. Police cuffed her arms and legs to the four corners of a bed. Once police tried to force-feed her 7-8 times, but she always vomited the food out. Police and doctors then changed to a bigger tube, and told her it was especially for her. They tried to feed her with the large tube many times. Liu Baocai stamped down on her face with his shoe, and held her mouth hard with a coarse towel. The nurse cleaned the blood on the big tube and stuck it back into her nose; the tube was half an inch in diameter. After torturing her in this way again and again, the nurse said, "She doesn't mind the torment, but I'm so tired." As time passed, Liu Baocai said, "We will force-feed her again after a little while. Let her go to the bathroom on the bed, nobody is allowed to take care of her." Now Zou suffers from incontinence and lack of control of her bowels. She had been perfectly fine and healthy before being sent there, and yet the police still have the nerve to call the torture "treatment."

Li Li is female, over 50 years old. She refused to have infusions; she said "I am not sick, I don't want the needles." Liu dragged her from the bed to the floor, cruelly beat her up, and poured pot after pot of cold water on her. He banged Li's lips and teeth on the floor; she was bleeding all over her mouth. He also kicked her lower back severely, and as a result, Li could no longer move. Two days later, Liu dragged Li from the bed to the floor, beat her, and poured cold water on her. Then he dragged her all the way to the office. With the thought that this ignorant being was ruining his own life for all eternity in this way, Li wept compassionate tears.
