1. Huang Jing is a member of the 610 Office in the Haizhu District in Guangzhou City. He was a teaching assistant at the Guangdong Education College. He actively assisted malicious people in the persecution and brainwashing of practitioners. He refused to listen to others' kindhearted advice. He is now suffering from a malignant tumor and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

2. The Ronguang Police Station in Changchun City illegally arrested, detained and re-educated many Dafa practitioners. Prior to New Year's Day, policemen from the station became drunk and beat innocent civilian residents. Due to their conduct, the police chief, Hao Wenzhong has been removed from his position. The policemen involved, Wang Weigang and Dou Songming have been fired and ordered to leave the police force. Many other policemen also received reprimands.

3. Yao Huichen, was a Party officer and a supervisor of the Electric Management Station in Jiguanshan Town, Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province. Practitioner, An Xiufen, a staff's family member, delivered Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials to the station and was subsequently turned into the police by Yao. This practitioner has been in prison since she was arrested. On December 31, 2001, Yao died suddenly.

4. Sun Yan was the chairman and supervisor of the People's Association in Jiguanshan Town, Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province. Since 1999, he has persecuted Dafa practitioners in many ways including torture, detention, beatings, threats, and fines. On June 24, 2001 he was admitted to the hospital after suffering from a stroke. Since then he has not been able to return to work.

5. Shi Junhai is an officer of the Political Legal Office in the Pingshan County, Hebei Province. Since July 20, 1999, he has illegally detained, fined, and attempted to brainwash many practitioners and restrained them from contacting their families. He has also placed them in very difficult situations. His wife has paid retribution, suffering unbearable pain from high blood pressure, kidney disease and many other illnesses.

6. Rong Junxu worked in the Seventh Middle School in the Hengshui City, Hebei Province. He illegally detained Dafa practitioners working in the school and also used threats, forcing them to attend brainwashing classes. His bad deeds have not helped his career. Instead, he finds himself currently without a job. Also, in August of 1999, Gao Shumin was assigned to be the principal of the Seventh Middle School. He also persecuted Dafa practitioners and thus received retribution, suffering from high blood pressure and other diseases.

7. Guo Cunfu is a manager of a store at the Hongqi Street in Shijiazhuang City. He beat, tortured and fired a Dafa practitioner who worked in the store. Just before New Year's Day 2002, he was kidnapped and lost approximately 800,000 Yuan [Chinese dollar, the average monthly income of urban area is about 500 Yuan].

8. Wang Mingxi, the associated chief officer of the Public Security Department in Shuangliao City, Jilin Province, was responsible for persecuting Dafa practitioners. He illegally arrested more than twenty practitioners and sentenced them to forced labor camps and fines. He suffered retribution in August of 2001 after being diagnosed with colon cancer. He is currently in the hospital.

9. Zhang Shuxia lives in the Yonghong District of Jamusi City, Heilongjang Province. She was hostile to Dafa and also bad-mouthed Dafa and the founder of Falun Gong. As a result, she obtained a great amount of Karma and thus suffered retribution in this lifetime, with the death of her eldest son in a car accident.
