Yang Guozhong, male, about 50 years old, the secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee in Nanming District of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, is the person in charge of illegal brainwashing classes. In the brainwashing classes, he exerted pressure on Dafa practitioners telling them: "If you are still stubborn and unyielding, I can arrest whoever I want, and sentence you to labor camps for as many years as I wish. Whatever I say goes."

At the end of November, 2001 Yang Guozhong went to each work unit and threatened, "Even if you only have one person practicing Falun Gong in your work unit, it does not matter how excellent your work performances are, you cannot pass the test." A few days later, the secretary fell when he was playing basketball and died instantly.
