(Clearwisdom.net) I am a resident of Fushun City, Liaoning Province, a citizen who obeys the law. I am also a Falun Dafa practitioner.

At about 11:00 a.m. on December 24, 2001, the police from Xinhua Police Station of Shuncheng District broke into my residence that was rented by a fellow practitioner and escorted me to the Xinhua Police Station. They confiscated property worth about 40,000 Yuan, [average monthly income of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan] including a computer, other equipment and Dafa truth-clarifying materials.

Then the police forcefully searched me and grabbed 200 Yuan as well as my other personal belongings. They handcuffed my hands behind my back to a faucet pipe and tied my feet to it as well. Then they forced me to stand for over 36 hours, and deprived me of sleep for 48 hours. The police took turns keeping watch over me. Whenever I would start to doze off, they would pour cold water on me and beat me with a stick.

Countless scars left from shocks with electric batons

On the evening of December 24, 2001, from the extremely long period of forced standing, I began to vomit and could hardly remain standing. My two hands were severely swollen but the police did not care. In an effort to make me tell them my name, a policeman named Xue Hai (by pronunciation) used an electric baton to shock the sensitive parts of my body, such as my chest, abdomen, lower abdomen, kidneys, ribs, neck, lower jaw, ears, hands and so on. To prevent me from shouting, the police used a dust rag to gag my mouth. When I firmly stared at them, they used another cloth to cover my eyes.

On December 25, 2001, several policemen headed by Xue Hai treated me in the same manner. One of them threatened, "If you still won't tell us your name, we'll shock your penis with electric batons."

I remember some of their names and badge numbers: Xue Hai, Zhao Wei (by pronunciation), the director of Xinhua Police Station, and policemen whose badge numbers were 403883, 403882 respectively and a joint defense guard whose family name is Niu.

After more than 30 hours of torture, I was sent to the City's No. 2 Detention Center on the afternoon of December 26.

In the detention center, common criminals instigated by police poured cold water on me in a room with an open window in the freezing winter and forced me to recite the regulations of the center. In the evenings, I slept with four other people on the concrete floor in less than 2 square meters at the entrance of the cell.

On the morning of December 28, 2001, I was brought to Shuncheng Police Department by the policemen there to be interrogated. They cuffed me onto the iron bed and again deprived me of sleep for nearly 48 hours. Whenever I felt drowsy, they woke me up with hitting, beating and shocks with electric batons.

During this period, the police asked me to sit with my legs crossed. When I refused to follow their instructions, they beat me with a tool they called the "wolf-teeth stick" or they kicked me. Some police threatened, "If you don't tell us your name, we will cuff you to the pipe above the window and hang you up, and pour water under your feet to freeze you!" Another said, "Each of us was given a quota of torturing three Falun Gong practitioners to death. You are the first one. How about if we soak you with gasoline and burn you to create another self-immolation case?"

Another policeman vainly hoped to coerce me into cooperating with them. He promised that if I gave up practicing and did something for them, he would release me and provide me with stable work with a fixed monthly income.

On the morning of December 30, 2001, I opened the handcuffs when they were all asleep and left Shuncheng Police Department.

I hereby take this opportunity to warn the police of Shuncheng Police Department that "Good will be rewarded with good and evil is met with evil" is a law of the universe. On the matter of the treatment of Falun Gong, you will still be given a chance if you can correct your mistakes immediately and make up for your crimes with much effort. Otherwise, you will have to pay for all your evil deeds when all the evil in the universe is eliminated. In the meantime, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those policemen who still have compassion in their hearts and secretly showed sympathy, took care of me, and offered me help. Good will be rewarded with good.
