Honest, Professional Police Officer and Dafa Practitioner Mr. Fang Lihong Brutally Tortured to Death at the Hands of Quanzhou City Police Department Personnel

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Mr. Fang Lihong was a police officer of the traffic team in the Anshan City Police Department, Liaoning Province. After July 20, 1999, because of his steadfast faith in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance", he was sent to Tangjiafang Mental Hospital in Anshan City for as long as 16 months, where he was brutally tortured both physically and mentally. He refused to cooperate with the evil, however. After sending forth righteous thoughts, he walked out of the mental hospital in an open and dignified manner. Later, he was forced to leave home and go from place to place. When he was clarifying the truth and offering salvation to people in Fujian Province, the police authorities unlawfully arrested him. In prison he held a hunger strike to protest this illegal detention, and he was deprived of all personal freedoms. In February 2002, he was tortured to death by officers from Quanzhou City Police Department. After the murder took place, the government tightly blocked the news.
