Upon learning of Jiang's order to "Kill without mercy" following Changchun practitioners' successfully broadcasting Dafa truth programs through a cable network to tens of thousands of families, practitioners from in and around Holland gathered outside the Chinese Embassy on March 8, 2002. Practitioners from Belgium also joined the activity. Practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate evil and delivered truth-clarification materials to the embassy.

On the second day, 12 practitioners went to talk to embassy staff. Practitioners told them what happened in Changchun and told them that practitioners came to the embassy to call for help stop the Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Gong.

Practitioners felt that the environment in the embassy was not as bad as before. When sending forth righteous thoughts, some practitioners felt the evils were no longer there.
