• One night I went to a rural area to distribute Dafa truth-clarifying materials. After an old man picked up a package of truth materials, he said to the old woman next door to him, "Falun Gong is really magical. There is a package at your door too. Falun Gong gives each family a package."
• One day I visited one of my college classmates and clarified the truth of Dafa to her. Before I finished, she anxiously asked, "Do you have Zhuan Falun? Please give me a copy as soon as you can. Falun Gong practitioners have become more and more brave under the persecution. There must be some profound secrets." My friend finished reading Zhuan Falun a few days later and happily obtained Dafa.
• Ms. Peng went to Beijing to appeal and was afterwards detained for over 40 days. Her son spent a few thousand Yuan to get her released. Upon hearing that her mother could still take a cold bath in the winter, he said with a smile, "Mama is even healthier than I am now. It is worthy spending some money on Falun Gong." Before Ms. Peng practiced Falun Gong, she had to wrap a thick towel around her head in the hot summer and she could not touch cold water at all.
• In early 2000, over 50 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally detained in a detention center. From that day on, the practitioner's sister changed her views of Dafa.
• My son, who is a fourth grade elementary student, wrote a letter to Jiang in which he said, "Falun Gong is so good. Those who practice Falun Gong are so nice. Why do you persecute them? Please stop it. Leave us in peace. I am afraid to watch the CCTV news programs because of the Tiananmen self-immolation program you put on. As soon as you appear on TV screen, I cover my ears with my hands and close my eyes so I won't hear or see you. You are so upsetting."
• Two neighborhood policemen asked my husband to report to them whenever Dafa practitioners put up banners, distributed flyers, or hung up flags. As a reward, they offered him 500 Yuan per report. My husband said, "I won't do such a thing." The neighborhood police also asked the owner of a nearby grocery store to watch Dafa practitioners. They said they would give her 300 Yuan a month. The owner, however, knew the truth and did not cooperate with the police to persecute the good people.
