Dafa practitioners from a city in East China began hanging truth-clarifying banners along streets and residential buildings at 7:00 p.m. on February 20, 2002. The banners with yellow words on red background set on trees were especially eye-catching. Over 1000 banners about 2 feet long and over 10 banners about 6 feet long were hung this time. One 12-foot long banner was hung on a residential building beside a main street of the city. One 21-foot long banner was hung on a mast in front of an office building and was not removed until around 8:00 am on the next day by armed police.
