By a Dafa practitioner in Mainland China

(Clearwisdom.net) "The best person in our workplace was taken away by the police yesterday evening!" said a resident in Changchun on March 10. "Everyone said if people were all like him, then all the police would have been out of work long ago."

Since March 6, Changchun has been under a wave of terror. The Chinese dictator's political criminal gang, completely disregarding the law, carries out brutal persecution against kind and innocent people through their state apparatus.

Presently, all police authorities in Changchun City and its five suburban counties have stopped each and every one of their regular duties and completely thrown themselves into the terrorist acts of capturing Falun Gong practitioners. Even detective work relating to major criminal cases has been ordered stopped. All regular functions that should be performed by police, such as maintaining social order, protecting public property and arresting criminals have been compromised and deferred.

The Chinese dictator has also incited the police to use all possible means to repress kind and innocent people who believe in the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He has even gone so far as to instigate the police to "shoot to kill."

In addition to the entire public security personnel, the government entities have also ordered to transfer people from various government offices in Changchun to participate in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

Those in charge carried out their criminal acts with the caveat that they have "orders from the provincial government" or " orders from the municipal government." They issued an edict that assigned a quota to every police officer, that each of them had to capture five Falun Gong practitioners. These people use money and spread lies to foment discord amongst the population and instigated those who were deceived to report practitioners and to provide clues. They have seriously invaded the privacy of residents by installing telephone monitoring devices on a large scale, and they stop almost every passer-by or vehicle to check for Dafa materials. They have fabricated rumours and use violence against unarmed Falun Gong practitioners; in the countryside, they search people's homes, going door to door, and under the guise of searching (for Dafa materials), they have bullied those honest countryside people.

At the moment, if someone says "so and so practices Falun Gong" or "used to practice Falun Gong," officials from the "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] will go to arrest him directly. All the necessary paperwork will be "dealt with" later, and they do not need to show any evidence. The police will break into homes by force and conduct a search. Falun Gong practitioners who are captured will be sent directly to jail; no need to follow any legal proceedings.

Under the terror created by China's ruling dictator, some state organizations also follow him in persecuting Falun Dafa. Some of these persons threaten practitioners to give it up. If they fail to persuade, they send the practitioners to the local police station or expel him/her from employment.

The evil head of state in Beijing has hatred for Falun Gong, which has made him completely go out of his mind. It is said that an internal document in the government states that the dictator has already escalated the persecution, making it a "class struggle," and whoever says anything pro-Falun Gong will be regarded as "an enemy of the classes." This criminal gang even announced, "Party discipline and the law of the land will deal with any and all who plead for Falun Gong." All these pronouncements remind the citizenry of the ten-year Cultural Revolution, which brought great calamity to the nation.

Dafa practitioners are firm and steadfast. Kind-hearted people know what is going on. The more rampant the evils are, the closer their last day approaches. We hope that people all over the world who uphold justice will condemn and help stop the grievous persecution in China.
